Great Place to Work ranking: Many thanks to our employees!
We are proud of them for being more determined than ever to make Talan a best workplace.
In 2023, Talan consolidated its position in the Top 5 companies where it is good to work in France, taking 4th place in the “Great Place to Work” ranking, in the category of companies with 1,000 to 2,500 employees. Winner for the 9th consecutive year, the group confirms its place as a company where it is good to work.
The Great Place To Work Best Workplace Awards every year and for the past 19 years have been awarded to the companies most committed to quality of life at work in 5 categories. To receive certification and expect to be on the annual list, companies must undergo a two-stage audit.First of all, an anonymous questionnaire containing some sixty questions is sent to all employees. A good opportunity to get precise feedback and thus adjust the company's HR policy and communication. Labelling is obtained from a minimum response threshold. Next, a dossier bringing together all the company's best HR practices and initiatives is assessed by around thirty GPTW employees. At the same time, a scientific committee conducts the survey to ensure that the company has complied with the ethical charter specific to obtaining this distinction (anonymity of responses, lack of pressure, etc.). At the end of these two stages, companies are ranked.
For 9 years now, Talan has been labelled and now appears in the top 5 companies with 1,000/2,500 employees. This year again, Talan stands out as the company takes the 4th place in the ranking despite a particularly difficult year due to health conditions and the widespread use of teleworking. However, initiatives have multiplied both at the management level and at the employee level to overcome the necessary social distancing and maintain the house spirit.Talan is particularly proud to be this great company to live and work for.More than ever, the credit for this distinction goes to all Talan’s... because it is, above all, employees who make the company!
