Can you briefly introduce your background?
After obtaining my first degree in business school, I discovered a passion for IT projects through my initial experiences in implementing core banking and banking software. After working for four years as a self-taught professional at IT companies, I joined the École Centrale de Paris to deepen my knowledge of information systems and digital innovation. My trajectory and my choice of experiences in software implementation for various international clients have allowed me to develop expertise in specialized credits and financing.
What are you currently working on, and how is it going?
I am currently working for one of our clients on a software migration project for their UK entity. It is a strategic project closely followed by sponsors and with high added value. It is also a time-driven project to be completed within one year, leaving no room for failure. It is a great opportunity for me to manage this internationally-oriented project. The project teams are in London, so I manage the project in English. Additionally, this project is equally interesting due to its political dimension, addressing various issues such as change management, architecture, data security, and regulatory requirements. The migration will be towards a target software that will be shared among different French and English entities.
